GIORGIO CADAMURO
Giorgio, raised in a musical family, studied classical music, jazz piano, and drums. At 19, he began his sound engineering journey at the SAE institute in Sydney. He worked as a in-house live sound engineer at London‘s iconic 333 Basement Club and as an assistant engineer at Fortress Studios, Eastcote Studio and Sound Solution Mastering. Giorgio‘s portfolio includes a diverse array of artists and genres, spanning from Craig David and Corner Shop to Kasabian and Skinnyman. He has long been a dedicated supporter of underground music culture, and his personal music production journey led him to become a resident live act at the Infamous Sunday party, Lo*kee, in East London.
In 2012, he established his London studio and collaborated with Italoboyz, forming the music label Superfiction Recordings. Beyond the studio, Giorgio taught masterclass production and mixing courses at SubBass Academy and produced music for Theatre Royal Stratford East. He also performed at Lebanon‘s Al Bustan classical music festival.
Notably, Giorgio collaborated on a groundbreaking study, creating binaural frequencies to alleviate patient anxiety and pain during invasive procedures. The study won the Italian Society of Urodynamics‘ prestigious scholarship in 2023.
Today Giorgio manages two London studios: Fish Tank Studio, for production, mixing, and recording, and Wicked Dubplates, specializing in vinyl cutting, mastering, and restoration. He currently runs internship programs, offering specialized vinyl production training. Since 2021, Giorgio splits his time between Portugal and London, where he co-founded Studio Casa Frequência with Maëlle Morton.

MAËLLE MORTON
Maëlle embarked on her musical journey at a very young age, picking up the violin at just three years old through the Suzuki method at the Bernadette Jansen school in 1981. Her exceptional talent quickly emerged as she became a finalist in the prestigious „Charles de Beriot“ competition in 1985. The spotlight beckoned further when she made a notable appearance on the TV show „Jeunes Solistes.“
In 1986, Maëlle‘s musical prowess was recognized as she earned the title of „Jeunes Talents“ in both violin and chamber music, a remarkable feat shared with her brother, Jonathan Morton.
She began teaching violin at the young age of 13 and her musical journey continued to flourish as she entered the Conservatory in Maastricht in 1993, further refining her craft. From there, she ventured into orchestral realms, becoming a vital presence in numerous orchestras.
Between 2001 and 2007, Maëlle showcased her versatility as a violinist by collaborating with various bands, and joined the esteemed Golden Symphonic Orchestra.
Maëlle‘s musical journey continues to evolve. In recent years, she has immersed herself in diverse musical groups, including, but not limited to, rock, jazz, hip hop and classic, showcasing her creativity through improvisations with her electric violin. Her interest in multi-disciplinary artistry led her to join a project with local artists in Portugal. Here she composed music for a captivating, immersive experience that seamlessly integrated live violin music with scenography, visual elements and performance. Currently, Maëlle is touring with Stéphanie Dordain in the show ‘Earth Guardian: The Journey Where You Are the Hero’, a unique immersive audio experience.
Today, building upon her rich musical experiences, Maëlle has now realized one of her lifelong dreams by establishing a music studio, in which she warmly welcomes fellow musicians, providing an environment for producing music, either collaboratively or with guidance.

Maëlle & Giorgio`s Story
“Our story began when we met in a cafe in Alentejo and discovered a shared vision to create a space where musicians, both local and from abroad, could connect, collaborate, and record. Drawing from our musical backgrounds, our goal was to establish a studio equipped with high-end analog and digital gear spanning from the 1960s to the present day. Collaboratively, we designed the studio, which was then constructed by a team of local carpenters who utilized regionally sourced wood and cork.
Our vision is for this versatile space to allow people to cultivate music in a calm and peaceful environment away from the stresses of the city.“
